Exploring the causal relationship between sovereign leadership and strategic consensus

The main objective of this study is to analyze the nature of the relationship between two basic variables: (sovereign leadership and strategic consensus), by surveying the opinions of a sample of workers in the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) / branches of the Middle Euphrates region using the simple random sampling method, in order to search in The problem of lack of achievement or low level of strategic consensus as a result of adopting the pattern of sovereign leadership by the management of the bank in question. The sample size of the study population of (121) individuals according to the statistical table for determining the appropriate sample size is (92) individuals. 102) a questionnaire. After that, the collected data were analyzed using the statistical programs SPSS v.24 and AMOS v.24, and the results showed that there is an impact of the sovereign leadership on the strategic consensus
