مقومات الجذب السياحي في محافظة النجف الأشرف واهميتها بالنسبة للدخل القومي وبعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الاخرى

Abstract

المستلخص:
اصبحت السیاحة هي صناعة الحاضر والمستقبل، ولا ی ا زل تقدمها وتطورها ینمو بصورة سریعة جداً،
الى ان اعداد السیاح في عام 2020 سوف تصل الى اكثر (W.T.O) وتشیر توقعات المنظمة السیاحة العالمیة
من ملیار و 600 ملیون سائح حول العالم، لذلك فهي من القطاعات التي تعمل على تقدم الع ا رق وتنمیته في
القرن الحالي.
ویعد الع ا رق من الدول التي تمتلك من المقومات السیاحیة ما یؤهله ان یتبوأ مرك ا زً سیاحیاً متقدماً، فهو
غني بموروثه الحضاري المتمیز الذي یحتضن م ا رقد الانبیاء والائمة الاطهار والصحابة الاجلاء بالنسبة للدیانة
الاسلامیة ووجود الكثیر من الكنائس والادیرة والمعابد القدیمة التي تعتبر من الم ا ز ا رت المهمة للدیانات غیر
الاسلامیة كالمسیحیة والیهودیة والصابئة... الخ، فضلاً عن وجود المعالم والآثار التاریخیة للحضا ا رت القدیمة
التي قامت في الع ا رق كحضارة بابل وسومر واكد وآشور وغیرها، وكذلك وجود موارد السیاحة الطبیعیة والخلابة
في شمال الع ا رق، اما في محافظة النجف الأشرف فتوجد العدید من القومات السیاحیة سواء كانت دینیة او
طبیعیة او اثریة وتوجد في مدینة النجف الأشرف مركز المحافظة وكذلك مدینة الكوفة المقدسة الكثیر من هذه
المقومات، وهنا یتوجب على وا زرة السیاحة والآثار وهیئة السیاحة في المحافظة استغلال واستثمار هذه المقومات
بكافة انواعها سواء كانت دینیة او اثریة او تاریخیة او طبیعیة وعدم التركیز على مقوم سیاحي دون غیره لأنه
یؤدي الى اهمال المقومات الاخرى، فیجب الاهتمام بجمیع المقومات التاریخیة وتوظیفها لخدمة الدخل القومي
ومی ا زن المدفوعات بما یصب في خدمة الاقتصاد الوطني.
Elements of Tourist Attraction in the Province of Najaf and their Importance of
National Income and other economic variables

Abstract:
Tourism has become the basis of present and future and its progress and
developments is growing in very vast manner. The world international organization
showed that the number of tourists in 2020 will reach more than one billion and 600
million tourists around the world. Consequently, it is one of the sectors that operates
on the progress and development of Iraq in the current century.
Iraq is considered as one of the countries that have features of tourism which
made him a progress tourist. Iraq is rich by this outstanding civilization that houses
the shrines of purr prophets and imams. And also there are a lot of non-Islamic shrines
such as Christianity, Judaism and Alsabyh … etc. furthermore, the presence of
movements and historical civilizations of Babylon, Sumer and Akkad and Assyrian
and others.
As in Najaf, many of tourism potential are found whether religious, natural or
archeological. In the centre of Najaf as well as in the city of Kufa a lot of features are found,
so the ministry of tourism and archeology have to exploit and invest these features in all their
types and other historical religious or archeological. Hence, the focus and attention should be
paid and given to all this tourism features, not only for one and neglect the others. And that
will serve the national income and national economy.
