In this research, acetylcystein was used to treated toxic effect of Ibuprofen on physiology parameters and histology of liver and kidney. The experiment was conducted at the Faculty of medical laboratory technique ,University ofAl-zahrawifrom7/11/2021 to 2/1/2022. Ten male rabbits divided into two groups Group 1 treat with water and pellets this group use as control, Group 2 treated with ibuprofen toxic dose (400mg.kg-1) then treated by N-AcetylCystine. The results show there significant increase in the liver enzymes when treated with toxic dose of ibuprofen then show significant decrease in the liver enzymes when treated with N-Acetyl Cystine. While, The results show there significant decrease in the blood parameter (Red blood cells, Hemoglobin, Packed cell volume and White blood cells) when treated with toxic dose of ibuprofen then show significant increase in the blood parameter(RBCs, Hb, PCV,WBCs, Aspartate transaminase and Alanine Transaminase)when treated with N-AcetylCystine. We calculate that the acute toxic dose of ibuprofen is 400 mg.kg-1 which has negative correlation ship effect on the blood parameters . use of N-AcetylCystine to treated acute toxic dose has perfect treated effect.
