lraq shares with lran a group of tributaries and rivers that feed the Tigris River as the countries of the upper basin of the river (Turkey and lran) have implemented many irrigation and dams projects to store water, which affects the water supply of lraq in quantity and quality, without taking into account the rights of lraq being a riparian state with them, and as a result of weakness lraq controls its surface waters, as it faced serious and direct threats that included most of its economic activities, represented by the decline in the productivity of agricultural tenure and the shrinking area of irrigated lands, in addition to the deterioration of industry and trade and a complete cessation of most of the factories and factories that move the wheel of life, while lrans diverse exports to lraq were taking up a large area which makes lraq in economic dependence on lran .
