Consequently, we will study the effect of these cognitive tools in building Sharia governance:</p><p>First, the role of the senses in Islamic Legislation</p><p>Second, the role of heart knowledge in Islamic legislation</p><p>Third, the importance of reason in building a legal ruling</p><p>Fourth, the universe and its impact on jurisprudence.</p> ER -
