Abstract

The report of the group of experts was issued in 2021, including a set of principles on the application of the rules of public international law to the activities carried out by countries in cyberspace.

The United Nations Organization in creating integrated rules regarding the threats posed by cyberspace to international peace and security.

We will discuss the topic of research in three sections, the first of which is devoted to the historical development of the role of the United Nations in dealing with cyberspace, and the second to discuss the content of the principles contained in the experts’ report for the year 2021, and the last topic we discuss the importance of those principles in forming international rules governing cyberspace.
