Abstract

With the beginning of the twenty- first century, and with the accelerated political and economic developments, and with the intensification of global economic and financial crises, the trend of many countries, especially developed ones,to seek to form economic integration or activate existing economic integration by reviewing many of the controls governing the working methods of those Clusters, with the aim of achieving  greater benefits and advantages until  regional integration  has become the dominant  feature that governs  international  and  regional  relations at the present time.                                                        

Hence,the BRICS bloc is one of the most important  blocs that are destined to play  amajor role in regulating international relations and the world economy again. They are still pointing towards obtaining political and economic status that is commensurate with their natural capabilities and to be among the global blocs that bring together different parties Linked to common interests
