Measuring and analyzing the Electoral Costs in the light of the Total Quality Strategy: A Case Study of the Dhi Qar Election Office

The current paper is divided into three parts, the first part is entitled (An Introduction to the Commission in general and the Dhi Qar Elections Office in particular), in which the researcher has reviewed the organization under study starting from the establishment of the Independent Electoral Commission, of which the Dhi Qar Elections Office is one of its formations attached. Then he has presented the tasks entrusted to it, addressing the administrative structure of the Independent High Electoral Commission. The second part concludes with the types of electoral expenses and expenditures. As for the third one, it is entitled (Quality Cost Analysis), in which the researcher introduced reports for each type of quality costs and their components by analyzing them according to the percentages of those elements.
