The Emergence and Development of the Administrative Judiciary in the Arab World: The Arab Republic of Egypt as a Model

Abstract

The administrative judiciary is based on job specialization and independence at work. Therefore, when we study the administrative judiciary, Egypt as a model for the emergence and development of the administrative judiciary in the Arab world, we will examine these two aspects. There are a number of questions that represent the problem of the study and we will seek through doing this study to answer them. Also, in this work, two scientific approaches are utilized, namely the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, adding to them the synthetic approach, which is adopted here whenever the need arises. The work is divided into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion, and we will dedicate the first section to the Egyptian State Council, and in the second we will address the various courts affiliated to it under the title of the judicial section (State Council Courts). Among the results of the research, the Egyptian state is the first Arab country that sought to change its judicial system to shift from a unified judicial system to a dual judicial system.
