Abstract

The establishment of the stock market in the contemporary economy is an urgent necessity to mobilize savings and enable investors to obtain the necessary financing to develop their productive projects. The stock market has many legitimate restrictions such as: avoiding usury, deception, and gambling, in addition to the necessity that trading in the Islamic stock market results in real benefit, leading to achieving severe discipline in the financial system, and by studying all these variables and factors, the goal of the research can be achieved. Which is embodied in studying the role of the Islamic stock market in financing development, and determining the requirements and the legal and economic foundations.
