Copyright and Ownership:

The authors own the copyright for their works published on the Journal  of the Kufa Studies Center website  , allowing for unrestricted use such as distribution and reproduction of any manuscript, provided that the original work is accurately and clearly cited.

The editorial board  of the Journal of the Kufa Studies Center emphasizes  the commitment to copyright and intellectual property, and therefore copyright is a legal right confirmed by law in all countries of the world, ensuring the fair use of scientific publications and literature.

The editorial board of the  Kufa Studies Center journal confirms copyright, which is a form of intellectual property, which applies to certain forms of creative work under copyright law in all countries of the world, which provides legal protection, and these rights often include reproduction, control of a derivative work, distribution, public performance, and moral rights such as attribution.

The objective of the intellectual rights protection system is to develop research and development, provide information for the advancement of knowledge, increase investment incentives, encourage innovations and scientific excellence.

One of the important legal matters confirmed by the editorial board  of the Journal of the Kufa Studies Center is that it is the author of the researcher who published the scientific work  attributed to him, whether by mentioning his name on the work or in any other way, and that the purpose of protecting the author or scientific work published in our journal is to promote progress and innovation by allowing authors or innovators of applicable works to profit from their efforts by granting them the exclusive right to control this work. Without copyright, others can Copy any scientific work created immediately freely This means that there will be no great motivation to exert effort in writing the research, and therefore it is not permissible to copy or assign any part published on the pages of the journal to any other person without reference to the author of the original text or the author with an indication of the name of the journal, its number and the year of publication of the research.

Hence, it is not permissible to copy or attribute any part published on the pages of the journal to any other person without referring to the author of the original text and the author of the text and indicating the name of the journal, its number, the year of publication of the research and its pages.

License Policy :

The Journal of the Kufa Studies Center works  according to Creative Commons International that  allows users to copy and create excerpts and abstracts and then create new scientific works from the research or modify it and benefit from the scientific material, provided that the user points to the original research link.
