The need to teach and transfer concepts and meanings from one language to another has insisted on codifying bilingual dictionaries, and since this matter sometimes relates to two languages belonging to different linguistic families, it requires extreme accuracy and faces the inevitable problems and difficulties. The lexicographer must be proficient in both languages and expert in special approaches to lexicography and writing strategies, and knowledgeable in linguistic theories to produce better dictionaries, because lexicography falls under applied linguistics; It is concerned with the scientific aspect of language along with the branches of applied linguistics such as terminology, instrumental linguistics, psycholinguistics, and... as well as that this science is related to various sciences such as semantics, grammar, morphology, literature, and... lack of interest in such issues may lead to Deficiencies in dictionaries and make the search flow slow.
