Abstract

Theology and theology have proven that the instructions of the true Sharia reveal the wisdom and knowledge of the legislator, and their issuance cannot be out of ignorance. It reveals the existence of a great philosophy, and great wisdom, that can be the cause of many benefits and fruits,It results from war, fighting and jihad for the sake of God, and this philosophy has been referred to in the texts of the Noble Qur’an and the books of the two Testaments. As some of these texts are considered among the most important foundations and principles for the legitimacy of war, fighting and jihad among the followers of these sacred religious texts, and accordingly this topic will be in three demands
