Abstract

study Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians in Iranian universities after the Islamic Revolution is one of the topics discussed in domestic and foreign scientific circles. Considering that political jurisprudence is defined as the basis of public order and political behavior of the Islamic Republic of Iran in domestic and foreign relations, in this study, the arguments that can be used as a document to license or forbid the study of Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians, in to be considered Iranian universities, they are analyzed from the perspective of political jurisprudence.

The results of in study indicate that the reasons for the right to education Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians in universities, including (the rule of La zarar) on the grounds of prohibition of study, such as the (rule of nafy sabil) and expediency, due to its greater importance in terms of tazahom is prior. Apart from the fact that the reasons for the right of education of the Jews, Christians, Zoroastrians, such as the rule of justice and human dignity, take precedence over the reasons for the prohibition of education, such as (rule of nafy sabil) and expediency
