1- The review of the research by the arbitrators helps the editorial board to take the appropriate decision regarding the research, whether it is accepted or rejected, after presenting scientific material evidence regarding non-plagiarism or plagiarism.

2- The scientific referee must fully comply with the regulations, standards and instructions of the journal.

3- The editorial committee shall not disclose the names of the arbitrators.

4- It is necessary for the selected arbitrators to notify the editorial board, in a timely manner, of their inability or desire to arbitrate.

5- The arbitrators must deal confidentially with the research and articles sent to them for review, and even all data related to the researcher or the editors.

6- The arbitration must be supported by clear opinions and compelling scientific arguments and it must be in accordance with the approved regulations and standards for the "publishing conditions" of the journal.

7- The arbitrators must notify the editorial board chairman of the author's non-compliance with the journal's publishing standards.

8- Any information and ideas mentioned in the refereed manuscripts may not be used by the referees for personal purposes, competitive interests, or any other interests, and will not be taken into account when reviewing a manuscript for any of the authors, institutions, or companies involved.
