Committee On Publication Ethics
First: Researcher Responsibility:
- Commitment to the principles and standards of research and publishing ethics.
- Presenting pure original research and providing a list of references that were referred to in the research.
- Commitment to writing his research in accordance with the journal's policy.
- Commitment to the rules of citation, documentation, and publishing ethics.
- Not submitting work previously published in other journals.
- Not submitting the research to more than one journal at the same time.
- Publish his research in other journals only after receiving an official rejection from the journal or if the journal officially approves the request to withdraw the submitted research.
- Confirm that he obtained the approval of all the co-authors who contributed significantly to the research before submitting it for publication.
- To mention the contribution of others to the research cor-rectly and to arrange the names of the researchers according to what came in the research, provided that the names are men-tioned in sequence according to the scientific contribution of each of them in the research.
- Disclosure to the journal's editorial board of any conflict of interests that may affect the evaluation of the research submitted for publication.
- Avoid unethical behavior by submitting the same research to more than one journal at the same time, and if the researcher decides to submit the research to another journal; He must withdraw it.
- Ensure the originality of his research and its fulfillment of professional standards of research ethics, especially human rights, in the case of participation in his research.
- Staying away from all types of immoral behavior such as plagiarism, fabrication and forgery.
- If he discovers a serious error in his published research, he must inform the editorial board of the journal to delete or correct the error.
- Review his research according to the suggestions of the ar-bitrators, and in the event that the researcher does not agree to take the proposed amendments; He must provide a reasonable justification for that, and in the event that convincing reasons are not provided, the journal reserves the right to refuse publication.
Second: The responsibility of the arbitrator:
- Fully comply with the standards of the International Publishing Ethics Committee for referees when arbitrating research.
- Inform the editor-in-chief if he is not ready to review the submitted research and withdraw from the arbitration process.
- Disassociating himself from personal interests, such as us-ing information obtained from the research that has been arbitrated for his personal interest.
- The arbitrator shall not accept the arbitration of research papers in which there is a conflict of interest as a result of com-petitive or other relationships with the author.
- Ensure that the research is free of plagiarism or plagiarism, and the reviewer must inform the editor-in-chief of any similarity between the research that has been reviewed and any other pub-lished work he knows.
- Commitment to the standards of confidentiality related to the arbitration process, so he must treat the research submitted for arbitration as confidential documents. He must not disclose it or discuss it with others except as authorized by the editor-in-chief.
- Investigating objectivity in the judgments and results of the arbitration process.
- Express his opinion honestly and clearly with supporting ar-guments.
- Commitment to the time allotted for the arbitration process.
