تأثير البكتريا Aالدواجن ضد الفطر Fusarium solani المسبب لمرض تعفن جذور الحمضيات تحت ظروف اzotobacter chroococcum و thuringiensis Bacillus وسماد لظلة الخشبية
Abstract
جرت هذه التجربة لتقييم تأثير العوامل الاحيائية Azotobacter chroococcumو thuringiensisBacillusوسماد الدواجن بثلاث نسب (10%,15%,20%) ضد الفطر الممرض Fusarium solani المسبب لتعفن جذور الحمضيات تحت ظروف الظلة الخشبية وبينت النتائج الى وجود اثر ايجابي عند استخدام البكتريا مع السماد على النبات وتقليل من امراضية الفطر وتأثيره على النبات وبالأخص استخدام البكتريا Azotobacter chroococcum مع سماد الدواجن بنسبة 15% حيث اعطت افضل نتائج من حيث تخفيض شدة الاصابه وكذلك في مؤشرات النمو كالوزن الطري والوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري والجذري وطول النبات للمجموع الخضري والجذري والذي بلغت على التوالي 15.60 و8.90 و 9.40 و5.80 غم.نبات-1 و 51.00 و38.06 سم.نبات-1 قياسا بمعاملة المقارنة حيث بلغت على التوالي 5.60 و 2.70 و 2.00 و 1.00 غم.نبات-1 و42.60 و31.00 سم.نبات-1 حيث شجع السماد من نمو البكتريا وكذلك ثبط من نمو الفطر وكانت اعلى نسبة تثبيط للفطر بمعاملة البكتريا الاروتوبكتر مع نسبة 15% من سماد الدواجن مع الفطر الممرض وكانت النتائج في وزن النبات للمجموع الخضري والجذري الجاف والطري وطول النبات الخضري والجذري على التوالي 10.80 و5.80 و6.20 و3.00 غم/نبات و47.10 و35.10 سم.نبات-1 وقورنت النتائج مع معاملة الفطر بمفرده وكانت على التوالي 1.00 و0.60 و0.50 و0.00 وغم.نبات-1 و9.10 و5.00 سم.نبات-1 وظهرت فروق معنويه واضحه عندما استخدمت البكتريا والسماد مع الفطر.
