دراسة مقارنة للتراكم الحيوي لبعض العناصر الثقيلة في الدودة الشريطية Raillietina tetragona وبعض أنسجة حمام Columba livia في محافظة النجف الاشرف
Abstract
جمع 40 طيرا من الحمام Columblivia وللفترة من 1/10/2014ولغاية 1/7/2015 من مناطق مختلفة في محافظة النجف الاشرف وبعد فحصها وجد ان20 طيرا منها كان مصابا بالدودة الشريطيةRaillietinatetragona وبنسبة إصابة بلغت 50 %.
قيست تراكيزاربعة معادن ثقيلة هي( الكادميوم والرصاص والنحاس والكروم) بوساطة جهاز المطياف الذريspectrophotometerAutomicabsoption في أنسجة الكبد والطحال والكلى والأمعاء والعضلات فضلا عن قياس تركيز هذه العناصر في الديدان الشريطية R. tetragona. سجل عنصر الكادميوم في أنسجة الكبد تراكيز مرتفعة بلغت 0.47 مايكرو غرام .غرام -1مقارنة بأنسجة العضلات التي بلغت 0.05 مايكرو غرام . غرام -1في حين كان تركيز عنصر الرصاص 0.44 مايكرو غرام .غرام -1في كبد الحمام وفي الطحال 0.26 مايكرو غرام .غرام -1 وفي الكلى 0.39 مايكرو غرام . غرام -1وفي العضلات 0.22 مايكرو غرام /غرام مايكرو غرام .غرام -1 وفي الامعاء 0.06 مايكرو غرام .غرام -1بينما سجل عنصر النحاس تراكيز مرتفعة في نسيج الطحال والذي بلغ 1.01 مايكرو غرام .غرام -1بينما اظهر الكروم تراكيز تراكمية منخفضة مقارنة بتراكيز المعادن الأخر. بينما كانت تراكيز المعادن الثقيلة في أنسجة الديدان الشريطية المعزولة من أمعاء الحمام مرتفعة مقارنة بأنسجة المضيف .بينما سجل اعلى عامل تراكمي لعنصري الرصاص والكادميوم .
