تأثير بعض الزيوت النباتية في بالغات خنفساء الحبوب الشعرية (الخابرا) Trogoderma granarium Everts (Coleoptera: Dermestidae) على حبوب الحنطة Triticum aestivum L. في المخزن
Abstract
اختبر تاثير كل من الزيوت النباتية الاتية: زيت القرنفل Dianthus caryophyllus L. وزيت الحبة السوداء Nigella sativa L. وزيت الحنظل Sch. Citrullus colocynthis وزيت الحرمل Peganum harmalaفي الاداء الحياتي لخنفساء الحبوب الشعرية Trogoderma granarium Everts , وبينت النتائج ان النسبة المئوية للطرد لزيت نباتي الحنظل Citrullus colocynthis Sch. والحرمل Peganum harmala بلغت 100 % , كما اظهرت النتائج ارتفاع النسبة المئوية لهلاك البالغات عند معاملة الحبوب بزيت نبات الحرمل وبلغت 87.74% تلاه في التاثير زيت الحنظل 82.73% ، وكان اكثر الزيوت تاثيرا في معدل افراد الجيل الاول F1 هو زيت الحرمل اذ بلغت النسبة المئوية 43.0% في حين بلغ معدل الانخفاض 54.37% واقل الزيوت تاثيرا زيت الحبة السوداء Nigella sativa L. اذ بلغت النسبة المئوية 60.8% ومقدار الانخفاض في افراد الجبل الاول F1 35.47 % وبينت النتائج ان استخدام الزيوت النباتية لم يؤثر معنويا على نسبة انبات الحبوب لذا يمكن اعتبار هذه الزيوت كمبيدات واعدة في تقديم بديل سليم بيئيا لحماية حبوب الحنطة في المخزن من الاصابة بالحشرة.
