تأثير حامض السالسيليك في المحتوى الهرموني لشتلات النارنج ( CitrusaurantiumL.) المروية بمياه مالحة
Abstract
نفذت التجربة في الظلة الخشبية واستعملت فيها شتلات نارنج بعمر 6 أشهر مزروعة في أكياس بلاستيكيةلدراسة تأثير رش الشتلات بحامض السالسيليك ( تركيز 0 ,100,200 ملغم . لتر-1) لأربع مرات بين رشة وأخرى شهر والمرويةبمياه ذات مستويات ملوحة (1 و2 و 4ديسيسمنز . م-1)لمدة 4 أشهر في محتوى الاوراق من الهرمونات النباتية ( اندول حامض الخليك IAA، حامض الجبرليكGA3,حامض الابسيسيك ABA، حامض السالسيليك SAوالبيوترسين Put).نفذت التجربةكتجربةعاملية بحسب تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة التعشية(RCBD)بثلاث مكررات وأخذت المتوسطات وقورنت باستخدام اقل فرق معنوي L.S.D وعلى مستوى احتمال 0.05. اظهرت النتائجإن زيادة مستويات ملوحة مياه الري الى مستوى4 ديسيسيمنز م-1 أدت إلى حدوث زيادة معنوية في محتوى الأوراق من هرمونات النبات(حامض الابسيسيك ، حامض السالسيليك والبيوترسين) في حين خفض هذا المستوى من الملوحة كل من هرموني النبات اندول حامض الخليك و حامض الجبرليك في الأوراق. وان المعاملة بحامض السالسيليك بتركيز 200 ملغم . لتر-1أدتإلى زيادتها في الاوراق وأظهر التداخل إن هنالك فروق معنوية في محتوى الاوراق من جميع هرمونات النمو المدروسة .
