Abstract
فعالية بعض العزلات من الفطر Aspergillus والفطر Trichoderma hamatum والمعزولة من المخلفات النباتية المتحللة في ذوبان الفسفور بالاوساط الغذائية الصلبة والسائلة
أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف تشخيص و تحديد المدى العائلي ومصدر الاصابة الاولية لفايروس تجعد واصفرار اوراق الطماطة من النباتات الاقتصادية ونباتات الادغال المتواجدة في مزارع الطماطة بالمنطقة الصحراوية في محافظة النجف الاشرف باستخدام تقنية تفاعل البلمرة التسلسلي (Polymerase chain reaction , PCR) فضلا عن كشف سلالات الفايروس التي تصيب نباتات الطماطة في المنطقة ذاتها جمعت عينات من اوراق نباتات الطماطة التي تظهر عليها اعراض تجعد والتفاف الاوراق وتقزم النباتات وتشوهها مع ظهور اصفرار على حواف الاوراق وبين العروق , من الهجن المتداول زراعتها محليا في المنطقة وهي علا واسيل وشرين وابوالكف .
