دراسة تشريحية لبشرة الأوراق والمقاطع المستعرضة لسويقات الأوراق لنبات زهرة النيل Eichornia crassipes (Mart.) في العراق
Abstract
يتناول البحث الحالي دراسة نبات (Eichornia crassipes (Mart.) من العائلة (Pontederiaceae) في العراق ، دراسة تصنيفية تشخيصية وقد شملت الدراسة الصفات التشريحية لبشرة الاوراق السفلى والعليا وتشريح انسجة المقاطع المستعرضة لسويقات الاوراق حيث تضمنت الدراسة التشريحية الصفات الكمية كأبعاد خلايا البشرة والثغور واعدادها وطبيعة توزيع الانسجة المختلفة المكونة للمقاطع المستعرضة كأبعادها واعدادها وتوزيع الحزم الوعائية والتي كان لمعظمها اهمية تصنيفية في تشخيص الجنس . كصفة عدد خلايا البشرة السفلى حيث تراوح بين (200-379) خلية وكانت اعدادها على البشرة العليا تتراوح بين (128-398)خلية، اما نسيج المقاطع المستعرضة فقد كان سمك النسيج البرنكيمي يتراوح بين (50-200) مايكروميتر وسمك البشرة يتراوح بين (5-20)مايكروميتر، وعدد صفوف الحزم الوعائية بين (3-8)صفاً.3
