تأثير الرش بنفثالين حامض الخليك ومستخلص حبوب لقاح نخيل التمر في عملية التعبير الجيني لثمار صنف الحلاوي اثناء نموها ونضجها
Abstract
أجريت التجربة على ثمار التمر الحلاوي الملقحة بصنفي اللقاح (الخكري العادي والغنامي الأخضر) وذلك لدراسة تأثير الرش بنفثالين حامض الخليك (25 جزء بالمليون) ومستخلص حبوب اللقاح (الغنامي الاخضر والخكري العادي بتركيز 2غم/لتر) بعد 30 و45 يوم من التلقيح، في عملية التعبير الجيني التي يمكن بحثها عن طريق دراسة طبيعة التغير في النمط البروتيني أثناء نمو الثمار ونضجها، أوضحت النتائج ظهور مجموعة من الحزم البروتينية اختلفت في وزنها وموقعها على الهلام باختلاف مرحلة النمو وطبيعة المعاملة، كانت هذه الحزم متماثلة في بداية مراحل نمو الثمرة لكلا صنفي اللقاح والمعاملات الأخرى ولكنها اختلفت في فترة ظهورها أثناء الأسبوعين 13 و15 بعد التلقيح والتي يعتقد أن لهذا الاختلاف تأثيرا في موعد النضج، كما بينت الدراسة أن تأثير نفثالين حامض الخليك في تكوين بعض البروتينات التي تماثلت في تأثيرها مع مستخلص لقاح الخكري العادي وبأنه يمكن الاعتماد على النمط البروتيني كأساس للتعبير الجيني التفاضلي للثمار وربطها مع مراحل النمو والنضج المختلفة.3
