تأثير بعض عزلات الفطر Aspergillus niger على تعفن أبصال البصل Onion(Allium capa L. ) ومقاومتها بالمستخلص المائي الحار للزنجبيل Ginger
Abstract
أظهر اختبار القدرة الامراضية بثلاثة عشر عزلة من الفطر Aspergillus niger ان جميع أصناف البصل قيد الدراسة Texas Early Grano TEG)) و Early White Grano (EWG) و Red Baron (RB)كانت حساسة لجميع عزلات الفطر, ولكن كانت عزلة الفطر 3 من اكثر العزلات تلفاً لابصال البصل اذ بلغ معدل أمتداد الأصابة للعزلة 4.29 سم وكان اكثر الأصناف تأثرا بالمرض هو الصنف EWG اذ كان مقدار أمتداد التلف للصنف 2.19 سم وخلال فترة 4 أسابيع .
كما وجد ان رواشح العزلات المدروسة للفطر A.niger كان لها القدرة في تلف أبصال الأصناف المدروسة إذ ان راشح العزلة 7 كان اكثرها تلفاً لجميع أصناف البصل اذ بلغ معدل امتداد الأصابة للعزلة هو 4.19 سم وكان اكثر الأصناف تأثراً بجميع العزلات هو الصنف RB اذ كان معدل أمتداد التلف للصنف المذكور هو 2.17 سم , كما وجد ان العزلة 3 هي الأكثر امراضية على جميع أصناف البصل, كما أثبتت نتائج تغطيس الأبصال في المستخلص المائي الحار لدرنات الزنجبيل لمدة 5 دقائق انها أدت الى تقليل أصابة أبصال البصل بمرض العفن الأسود .
أظهرت العزلة 3 قدرتها على أفراز السموم Ochratoxin و Aflatoxin B1و Aflatoxin B2 في الأبصال حيث كان اكثر السموم تركيزاً هو Ochratoxin في الجزء المصاب اذ بلغ 1.129 مايكروغرام .مل-1. وفي أختبار آخر ظهر ان الجزء السليم من الابصال المصابة بالفطر احتوى على سموم Ochratoxin و Aflatoxin B1 و Aflatoxin B2 بمقدار 0.449 و 0.188 و 0.162 مايكروغرام .مل-1 على التوالي .Downloads
