أيجاد الاختلافات الوراثية لعدد من أصناف نخيل التمر باستخدام تقنية الترحيل الهلامي الكهربائي
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة الحالية في مختبرات مركز بحوث النخيل ، جامعة البصرة لبحث الاختلافات الوراثية لعدد من أصناف نخيل التمر هي (بوكي وبرحي وبريم وجوزي وحساوي وساير وام الدهن) بتقنية الترحيل الهلامي الكهربائي على هلام متعدد الاكرمايد للحزم البروتينية لسعف النخيل لهذه الأصناف. أظهرت النتائج وجود اختلاف في عدد ومواقع الحزم البروتينية، وأن الصنفين الحساوي والساير يقعان بنفس المجموعة، اذ ان كليهما يملكان حزمتين بروتينيتين على هلام البولي اكرمايد ويمتلكان نفس الوزن الجزيئي، كما أن الجوزي والبريم متقاربين من حيث المسافة الوراثية، في حين أظهرت النتائج تباعد أم الدهن والبوكي في المسافة الوراثية فيما بينهما، كما تم دراسة محتوى ثمار الأصناف قيد الدراسة في محتواها من البروتين الذائب والأحماض الامينية الحرة.
