تأثير نوع الوسط والمدعم ومستوى اللقاح في بعض الصفات المظهرية والإنتاجية للفطر المحاري (Pleurotus sapidus)
Abstract
اجريت الدراسة في مشروع تحضير الاسمدة العضوية وزراعة الفطر– كربلاء المقدسة التابع لمركز الزراعة العضوية – بغداد خلال عامي 2015 – 2016 لدراسة تأثير ثلاثة عوامل (A) نوع الوسط وتضمن سبعة توليفات شملت: تبن الحنطة (W) وكوالح الذرة (C) ومخلفات سعف النخيل (P) و50 % تبن حنطة + 50 % كوالح ذرة (WC) و75 % تبن حنطة + 25 % كوالح ذرة (WwC) و50 % تبن حنطة + 50 % سعف نخيل (WP) و75 % تبن حنطة + 25 % سعف نخيل (WwP)، (B) نوع المدعم SUوبثلاثة أنواع: من دون تدعيم (SU0) و20 % نخالة الحنطة (SU1) و20 % مخلفات قص الثيل (SU2) و(C) مستوى اللقاح الفطري SP وبثلاثة مستويات: 3% (SP1) و5% (SP2) و7% (SP3) في نمو وإنتاجية الفطر المحاري Oyster mushroom نوع Pleurotus sapidus كتجربة عاملية وفق تصميم تام التعشية (CRD) Completely Randomized Design وبثلاثة مكررات وبواقع ثلاثة اكياس لكل معاملة. حللت النتائج باستخدام جـــدول تحــليــــــــل التبـــــــاين ANOVA table وفق برنامج Genstat وتم اختبار الفروق الاحصائية بين المعاملات باستخدام اقل فرق معنوي (LSD) عند مستوى احتمال 0.05ولخصت النتائج كالأتي :
