تأثير ظـــــــــروف الاستــخلاص على حـــاصل الســــكريات الــــمتعددة الــــــمستخلصة من الطحلب الأخضر Cladophora sp.
Abstract
جــــــــــمعت عـــــــــــــينات مـــــــــــــن الطحالب الخضراء من مياه شط العرب ضمن منطقة كرمة علي في البصرة وبعد التنظيف والتنقية تم تشخيصها وتبين انها تعود الى جنس Cladophora sp.، استخلصت السكريات المتعددة بواسطة كاربونات الصوديوم من هذه الطحالبNa2CO3، وقدر محتواها من السكريات الكلية أذ بلغت 78.4%. تم دراسة تأثير ظروف الاستخلاص على حاصل السكريات المتعددة شملت نسبة خلط المادة الأولية: المذيب( فورمالين (%0.1(غم/مل) أذ استعملت اربع نسب 7:1و9:1 و1 :12 و 15:1 اذ اعطت نسبة 9:1 اعلى حاصل %7.48واقل نسبة حاصل كانت %2.3بنسبة خلط 15:1، واستعملت درجات حرارية 60 و 80 و100 م اذ أعطت درجة 80 م اعلى نسبة حاصل بلغ%7.53، أما اقل نسبة حاصل فقد كان عند درجة حرارة 100 م %2.09. درس تأثير الاستخلاص بمدد زمنية 2 و4 و6 ساعات اذ أعطت مدة 2و4 ساعات نسبة حاصل 6.95 و%7.60 على التوالي بينما أعطت مدة استخلاص 6 نسبة حاصل%3.40. درس تـــــــــــــأثير الرقم الهيدروجيني حيث اعطى الرقـــــــــــــــــــــــم الهيدروجيني 2 اعلى حاصل 7.49مقارنة مع كل من الرقم الهيدروجيني 4 و6 ساعات اذ كانت نسبة الحاصل 2.33 و 1.92% على التوالي. من خلال دراسة الظروف أعلاه بينت النتائج ان أفضل نسبة حاصل تم الحصول عليها عند الاستخلاص مع كاربونات الصوديوم كانت عند نسبة خلط 9:1 وبدرجة حرارة 80م لمدة 4 ساعات وعند رقم هيدروجيني 2.
