المحتوى الايوني للكالس المشتق من اصل الحمضيات تروير سترانج المنمى على وسط ملحي
Abstract
اجري البحث لتقييم تاثير ملح كلوريد الصوديوم في المحتوى الايوني لكالس اصل الحمضيات تروير سترانج Citrus sp. خارج الجسم الحي . زرع الكالس في الوسط الغذائي MS المزود بتراكيز من ملح كلوريد الصوديوم ( 0 ، 50 ، 100 ، 150 ملي مول ) لمدة اربعة اسابيع . و اوضحت النتائج أن مستويات كلوريد الصوديوم في الوسط الغذائي أثرت في المحتوى الآيوني للكالس خارج الجسم الحي لاصل الحمضيات تروير سترانج وأن هناك تبايناً في تراكم الآيونات المختلفة باختلاف تركيز الملح في الوسط . بزيادة ملوحة الوسط قل تركيز ايونات النتروجين و الفسفور والبوتاسيوم والكالسيوم والمغنيسيوم في حين ازداد تركيز الصوديوم والكلوريد في الكالس . وقد اظهر التركيز 150 ملي مول NaCl اعلى التأثيرات في المحتوى الايوني .
