The topic of expenses is one of the important topics that the jurists have been exposed to in several areas of jurisprudence. Sometimes it is in zakat, and another in the five, and third in penance, and fourth in marriage. Therefore, the research focused on one aspect related to the issue of alimony, which is the alimony on the wife and relatives, whether they are from the two pillars such as the father and mother or one of the children, as well as a statement of the position of Sharia from other footnotes such as brothers, sisters, uncles and aunts, according to the inductive approach, and the research reached to prove the alimony on the taxpayer, whether the spender was on him Wife, father, mother, son, left of the spender and the inability of the one who spends on him coupled with the inability to earn.
