My research tagged (Sources of Fiqh Deduction of Sayyid Muhammad Al-Rouhani from Sharia Evidence (may his secret sanctify)) is summarized in a statement of the sources of Fiqh Deduction from the Noble Qur’an, the Noble Sunnah, Reason and Consensus, with two examples of each demand that clarifies the approach and method in the handling of Mr. We included in the preamble to the meaning of deduction.
The research is divided into several demands:
The first requirement: jurisprudential reasoning in the Noble Qur’an.
The second requirement: the honorable year
The third requirement: consensus
And dealt with the fourth requirement guide the mind.
