Abstract

This research is concerned with the study of the selection of morphological structures in the Holy Qur’an, arising from the extra letters on the original verb form. The commentators dealt with this phenomenon during their interpretation of the Noble Qur’an and the explanation of its miraculous areas, and Al-Baqa’i is one of the most important commentators who dealt with this aspect, and therefore he was chosen as a model for this study.
