The development and complexity of economic life has resulted in many phenomena and transactions, both positive and negative. Negative ones have become prevalent in many of our Islamic markets these days. There are a number of prevalent phenomena in auction markets that have a close relationship with practices that are prohibited during the auction, such as provoking the bidders’ desires for a price. The commodity offered in the auction, as if a person pretends to be keen to acquire it while in fact he is not interested in it or increases its price in order to provoke the desires of others, so they push one after the other in the bidding and double the price and then withdraw at one of the bidding stages to award the bid to one of the bidders who were deceived by what this person did And we will shed light on the issue of engraving as a forbidden title for public auctions because it has a significant impact on the validity of the sale contract or not.
