Abstract

The arrest is one of the important topics in financial transactions because of the impact it leaves on the taxpayer and for the purpose of knowing his rights and duties that fall during the transaction, so it must be taken into account in the legal contract, including the subject of arrest and possession of things and their transfer from the custody of the seller to that of the buyer. Whoever entrusts the seller to the buyer is either to move from one place to another, such as (the car), or to evacuate the place, such as (the house), or you take it with your hands and put your fingers on it, such as (money), then he knows the arrest according to the custom of the jurists.
