The research was put together with an intro and three topics: The first part was about modern medical issues like human cloning, organ transplants, and birth control. The second part was about fertilisation with the water of a foreign man and the circulation of the affiliation of the newborn from artificial insemination. The third part was about the law on giving or selling a kidney. He did this by taking some advisory opinions and putting them in the context of theoretical research. And the implementation of modern advisory opinions and decisions that profited from practical principles, as well as a conclusion that covered the most notable outcomes.
