Abstract

The interpretation of the jurisprudence is the interpretation taken from the Koranic text subject to study and reference to derive the provisions of the legitimacy of it, it is the convergence of two Islamic scholars: one interpretation of the Koran and the second Islamic jurisprudence, the efforts of these two scholars based on the verses concerned with the jurisprudential and jurisprudential matters are the material interpretation of jurisprudence, Hence the interpretation of the jurisprudential to the experience of interpretation and jurisprudence.The research came to show the efforts of a distinguished scientist from the Hilla School, which was inspired by its great scientific contribution, which took a great place in the history of the scientific movement in the Shiite Imam school.
