Administrative corruption in the Islamic perspective

Abstract

There is no doubt that Iraq is suffering from the dangerous expanding adminstrative corruption in all the joints of the government and the society. I discussed in my research, (the administrative corruption from the Islamic point of view), ways of treating this abnormality in order to save thr Iraqi people. I mentioned the importannce of finance in Islam and considered it the axis of happiness in life if it has been earned through legal resources and has been spent in the needed places. Then I defined the adminstrative corruption with its causes and considered it as a negative indicator in the community and a twin for the terroism. I also explained the sides that trats the adminstrative corrpution focusing on the importance of the religious factor in eradicating it through the legal (fatwa) of the highest referntai clerics and the legislative and cultural means to stop it. Then I mentioned the qualification that an official employee has to have and the ones that he/she should leave. At the end of the research I mentioned the refernce that I depended on in achieving it.
