Copyright and Ownership Rights:

Authors retain the copyright to their published works on the journal's website, allowing unrestricted use such as distribution and reproduction of any article provided that proper and clear citation of the original work is made.

The editorial board reaffirms its commitment to copyright and intellectual property rights. Copyright is a legal right affirmed by law in all countries worldwide, ensuring fair use of publications and scientific works, including those of the Journal of Kufa Art.

The editorial board emphasizes the rights of authorship and copyright, which are forms of intellectual property, applicable to specific forms of creative work under copyright law worldwide, which provides legal protection. These rights often include copying, controlling derivative work, distribution, public performance, and moral rights such as attribution.

The aim of the intellectual property rights protection system is to foster research and development, provide information for the advancement of knowledge, increase investment incentives, encourage innovation, and scientific excellence.

One of the important legal matters emphasized by the editorial board is that the author, the individual who publishes the scientific work, is attributed to it, whether by mentioning their name on the work or by any other means.

The purpose of protecting the author or the scientific work published on the pages of our journal is to enhance progress and innovation, technical endeavors by allowing writers or creators to profit from their efforts by granting them exclusive control over this work without copyright, any scientific creation can immediately be freely copied by others. This means that there will be very little incentive to expend effort in writing research.

 

Therefore, it is not permissible to copy or attribute any part published on the journal's pages to any other person without referring to the original text writer and the author of the text, and indicating the name of the journal, its issue, the year of publication of the research, and its pages.

Licensing Policy:

The journal is licensed under the International Creative Commons license, which allows users to copy and create excerpts and abstracts, and thus create new scientific works from the article or modify it, and benefit from the scientific material provided that the user refers to the original article link.
