Publishing Ethics

  1. The researcher will be contacted and informed of the acceptance or rejection of the research for publication within one month from the date of receiving the research after being reviewed by three anonymous referees selected by the editor-in-chief without mentioning the researcher's name during the review process. If there are any formal or substantive amendments, the researcher will be informed by the journal.
  2. In case of grammatical errors in the research language, the research will be returned to the researcher for linguistic and grammatical revision for the purpose of publication.
  3. Everything stated in the research represents the scientific and personal opinions of the researcher and does not necessarily reflect the directions and opinions of the journal.
  4. post-publication policy: The journal ensures that researchers communicate with the publishing authors in its preparation by contacting the editorial board's email to ensure the intellectual rights and ownership of the authors.
  5. The researcher provides a written commitment that:

- The research has not been quoted from a thesis or academic paper not attributed to him.

- All participating researchers in the research have their intellectual and research rights in the research.

- No objection from the participating researchers (if any) to publish the research in (Tasneem International Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Law).

- There are no conflicts of interest with other researchers, and there is no injustice to fellow researchers of the same specialization as the author.

- The research does not infringe upon the rights of categories, sects, denominations, societal minorities, or religions.

- The percentage of research utilization does not exceed 20%; the journal will communicate with the researcher if the percentage exceeds the specified limit.

- The research has not been previously published or submitted to any other journal for publication purposes.

- Intellectual and research ownership belongs to the researcher and the participating researchers (if any).

- The researcher bears legal accountability in case of any scientific plagiarism.

- All opinions expressed in the research are scientific and personal and belong to the researcher, not representing the views and opinions of the journal.

- No claim for processing and publishing fees after receiving acceptance for publication, withdrawing the research after publication, or rejection by the reviewers.

- The researcher has reviewed the publication terms and conditions and commits to them.
