Abstract

5-FU remains a key anticancer drug, especially for colon, breast, and other cancers. This study developed a QSAR model to predict the anticancer activity of seven 5-FU analogs. Physicochemical properties, calculated using ChemSW and GAMESS software, showed a strong correlation with experimental IC₅₀ values (R²), validating the model's predictive capability.
