تأثير الانتخاب لكفاءة التحويل الغذائي في بعض المعايير الدمية لطائر السمان
Abstract
اجري الانتخاب لصفة كفاءة التحويل الغذائي باختيار 10% من الذكور و 40% من الإناث لإنتاج الجيل الأول و20% من الذكور و 60% من الإناث لإنتاج الجيلين الثاني والثالث. ذبحت الطيور (1670 طير) عند عمر 35 يوم لكل فقسه من كل جيل وقدرت بعض صفات الدم البايوكيماوية والتي شملت كلاً من البروتين الكلي والكوليسترول والكلوكوز. وتهدف الدراسة الانتخاب لكفاءة التحويل الغذائي المنخفضة والعالية ولمدة ثلاثة أجيال للتعرف على التغيرات التي تطرأ على بعض معايير الدم الكيمياحيوية.وأظهرت النتائج تفوق طيور خط كفاءة التحويل الغذائي العالية وطيور الجيل الثالث والذكور في انخفاض نسبة الكولسترول والكلوكوز وارتفاع البروتين الكلي في مصل الدم. ولم يكن للفقسات تأثير معنوي في تركيز المعايير أعلاه.
