حشرتي مَنْ الخوخ الأخضر (sulzer ) Myzus persicae و دودة اللهانة القياسة Trichoplusia ni (Hubn.) كيميائيا ً على نبات الخس Lactuca sativa L
Abstract
اجريت هذه الدراسة لتقييم فاعلية بعض المبيدات Joker وActara (Neonicotinoid ) و Cyfluthrin و Karate ( Pyrethroid) في مَنْ الخوخ الأخضر (sulzer ) Myzus persicae و دودة اللهانة القياسة Trichoplusia ni (Hubn.) على نبات الخس Lactuca sativa L. في الموسم الخريفي للعام 2010 ، وبينت الدراسة ان المبيدين Karate و Actaraكانا أعلى كفاءة في مقاومة حشرة مَنْ الخوخ الاخضر ، اذ بلغت النسبة المئوية لفاعليتهما 72.29 و 70.14 %على التوالي وتلاهما المبيد Joker والتي بلغت فيه النسبة المئوية للفعالية 53.93 % في كان المبيد Cyfluthrin اقل فعالية وبنسبة 17.04 % .اذ انخفضت الكثافة العددية الحشرة الى 20.3 و22.7 و 27.4 و 31.2 ( حشرة / نبات ) نتيجة المعاملة بالمبيدات Joker و Actara وKarate و Cyfluthrin على التوالي مقارنة بمعاملة السيطرة والبالغ معدلها 62.4 حشرة / نبات ، بخلاف تاثيرها في حشرة دودة اللهانة القياسة ، فنلاحظ ان المبيد Cyfluthrin كان أعلى كفاءة في مقاومة الحشرة ، اذ بلغت النسبة المئوية لفاعليته 100 %، وتلاه المبيدين Joker و Actara والتي بلغت فيه النسبة المئوية للفعاليهما 56.71 و 51.52 % على التوالي في حين كان المبيد Karate اقل فعالية وبنسبة 40.75 % .وبلغ اقل معدل للكثافة العددية 0.00 يرقة/نبات نتيجة المعاملة بالمبيد Cyfluthrin ، وتلاه المبيدين Actara وJoker والبالغ معدلهما 0.60 و 0.625 يرقة / نبات ، ثم تلاهما المبيد Karate والبالغ معدلها 1.10 يرقة / نبات مقارنة بمعاملة السيطرة والبالغ معدلها 1.650 يرقة /نبات.
