Abstract

This study discusses the administrative hierarchy, which is based on the idea of ​​distributing state employees at levels arranged vertically so that those who occupy a higher level than the other head and the other subordinate. This hierarchy creates a legal relationship between the administrative head and the subordinate so as to prove to the administrative head towards the subordinate a number of authorities while the subordinate is committed to obey the president and the implementation of his orders. In order to take into account the details of this relationship comes this study, which we divided on two topics, the first dealt with the study of the concept of administrative hierarchy and its legal basis, and the other dealt with the study of the results of administrative hierarchy.
