 The principle of autonomy it Can considered the basis and   the shining light  of  the judiciary , also What is meant by this term is that judges are independent, with no authority over them in their rulings except for the law  as well No party is allowed to interfere in any  cases , so Judges at all levels are bound to dispense justice with complete fairness.
