Reception of American civil liability law in French civil lawTowards new civil liability functions based on the American model

Abstract

French and American civil law study reveals real connections between the American and French legal systems. This convergence stems mainly from the impact of American law on French law through the embodiment of the phenomenon of Americanization of French law. The in-depth study revealed the effect of American law on French law concerning civil liability law. Therefore, I will discuss in this research the reality of the convergence between the American and French legal systems to reveal whether there is an impact of American law on the French civil law concerning civil liability.
