Abstract
Image rights are a kind of other personal rights, but within what legal framework are their use regulated? Today, the image of the individual occupies the core of the communication process, as it is present everywhere, and every day there are a large number of types of use for it, whether it was taken professionally or not, and there are countless cases, where the image is marketed and became a subject of trade in exchange for money, as The right to the image is the right of the person who represents it to oppose the publication of his image and sell it when necessary. Every person has the right to the image, whether it is anonymous or known. This right is subject to the rules of civil law, and therefore it differs from copyright (which is governed by intellectual property law) which Owned by the photographer, these two rights constantly interact but should not be confused.Downloads
