Legal regulation of the employee's duty to preserve the dignity of the public office (a comparative study)

Abstract

The public office is a sacred secretariat and a social service based on the employee’s sincere commitment to the rights and requirements of the people within the limits of the law, which imposes several duties on him, in order to achieve these interests and rights. By fulfilling this duty, the employee maintains his reputation within the community first and maintains the position of the public office secondly   Despite the importance of this duty, we do not find at the present time a sufficient number of studies that are commensurate with the importance of this topic. Preserving the dignity of the public office in some detail and we try to cover this issue .
