The American presidential system

Abstract

:   The United States is the cradle of the specialized system and the specialized ideal for this system, and it participates in many countries of the world, especially in South America. The foundations of the specialized system are based on two basic pillars: a president of the republic elected by the people who combines the presidency of the state and the government. First, the approved system is only valid in countries. The republican system, as is the case every second time, is that the people are the ones who elect the President of the Republic by universal suffrage, whether straight or extraordinary, and he directly represents the nation as head of state.Finally, the President of the Presidency of the Republic assumes the

 presidency of the state and the presidency of the government at the same time. As a result of the head of state assuming executive authority, he selects ministers who assist him in his powers, and he has the right to relieve them of their duties. They do not appoint the Council of Ministers as is the case in the presidential system. He assumes the prime ministership in complete submission and they implement public policy. Which he establishes and they are asked before him and they are called the secretary, and the limited separation of powers as the judicial authority is independent by exercising and adding it and then selecting judges usually by election. The elements of authority also emerge with certain immunities and a legal system for the ruler that has special guarantees.
