Abstract : Parties are considered one of the modern political concepts, and they are the cornerstone of democratic principles. The multiplicity of parties is considered one of the essential aspects of democracy. Democracy ceases when there is no multiplicity of parties or their abolition. Parties play a major role in correcting power, exposing its defects, and correcting it in the right direction. Parliaments in democratic countries are the most successful means. To represent the popular will because it is the framework through which the social and
