Evaluating the performance of physical education teachers in the Muthanna Governorate Center

Abstract

The researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey method because it is appropriate to the nature of the research problem. The research community was represented by male and female teachers of schools affiliated with the Samawah District Center, affiliated with the Muthanna Governorate. The following conclusions were reached: The performance evaluation scale during the lesson for male and female physical education teachers is important for developing the educational process because it is considered a clear indication of the teacher’s performance during teaching. The researcher recommended that physical education supervisors should use the scale to evaluate the performance of physical education teachers
