Taekwondo is one of the games that are characterized by the multiplicity of skills and movements in different parts of the body and whose performance takes parts of a second and the repetition of these skills and their linking for the emergence of technique and skill at the highest level, all these short and instant and repeated movements need a special force to apply them and this force is related to muscle work which is usually the duty of constriction, flatness, extension and Shortening of the body's joints as a preparatory situation and a major position, and as long as these movements are associated with contraction and muscle relaxation, so the trainers have to emphasize the development of strength and special strength of the muscles working in the performance of skills..The problem of the research was represented by the adoption of most Taekwondo trainers to develop the players’ special strength through the central contraction method,
